Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is also called acupressure, acupuncture without needles, or tapping. It is a technique where the EFT Practitioner leads a client through a sequence of tapping on points using the fingers, while repeating words that describe the issue needing to be resolved.

EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with Acupressure. Over 100 papers published in medical and psychology journals, including dozens of clinical trials, have demonstrated that EFT is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, pain, and other problems.

Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced form of EFT that gets to the root cause of problems in an effective, gentle way.
