It doesn’t need to be hard to stop smoking. In fact, most of my clients are amazed at how easy it is! But you have to know how to do it.

One client came back to me a year after I helped her to stop. She had been in a bad personal relationship and the stress made her start smoking again. She is a Emergency Room nurse and that stressful job made her even more vulnerable. When she called, she said “You made it so easy for me to quit, I thought I could quit again by myself whenever I wanted to.”

But her subconscious mind wasn’t letting her quit. She got out of the bad relationship and called me to get my help again. I told her there would be no charge because I offer a free follow-up session that she had not used after her first session, but she was so grateful that she paid me my normal fee for a single session!
